Our Staff

Debbie Miks has over 25 years experience in computer technology. She earned her bachelor degree in Business Administration/E-Business from the University of Phoenix, and her Associate Degree in Electronic Engineering from Ocean County College. Her career progressed from technical troubleshooting mainframes to technical management at such companies as Concurrent Computer Corporation and Perkin-Elmer, at Aplion Networks as an IT Manager, and The Tolly Group as a Network Engineer/Analyst. She founded Test Resource, and now TRI Web Group, to allow her to focus on the growing field of Internet business technologies, website development, and E-Commerce applications.

Roger Balliger has over 10 years experience in web development, database programming and graphic design. He earned both a bachelor's and MBA degree from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona in Marketing Management and Information Management respectively with special emphasis in Internet Advertising and graphic design. He currently specializes in all aspects of web development including user-interface design, workflow management and automation and backend programming. Current languages and technologies utilized in his programming include ASP, PHP, HTML, DHTML, JavaScript, CSS, SQL Server, MySQL and the .NET languages of ASP.NET, VB.NET and C#. Roger has applied his programming knowledge and web design skills for companies such as GMAC, PacifiCare, City of Anaheim, First American Corporation and now TRI Web Group.

Douglas Randall is a Software Architect who has 15 years of experience in the software industry. He earned his bachelors degree in Digital/Analog Communication Technology at the University at Buffalo. He has an extensive background in distributed technologies and telecommunications, including: Bell Laboratories, Bell Communication Research, MITRE, DEC, and Aplion Networks. His expertise covers software engineering methodology, distributed computing, database management, communication networks, operating systems, etc. Languages and technologies in which he is fluent include: C, C++, Java, IDL/RMI, UML, XML, XSLT, HTML, CGI, PL/SQL, SQL, ESQL/C, XDR/RPC, PHP, DTD, XSchema, TCL/TK, Korn/Bourne Shell, AWT, SWT, Swing, Applets, Servlets, DOM, SAX, JavaBeans, SOAP, WSDL, UDDI, IBM MQM.
